We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders in a timely manner. However, shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Planning Ahead is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, to the extent permitted by law.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Planning Ahead is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.
6. Returns and Refund Policy
Physical Products
We accept return requests for eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The item must be in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law:

Opened or used safety/preparedness kits

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage

Clearance, final sale, or marked non-returnable items

Gift cards, if offered

Downloadable materials, digital products, or services, if offered in the future, will be delivered or accessed once delivered or accessed
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Planning Ahead is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at contact@aplanahead.com with your order number and photos of the issue, if available.
If we confirm the issue, we may, at our discretion:

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item or confirm a qualified damaged/defective order claim.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at contact@aplanahead.com.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return policy above.
8. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional pricing, coupon codes, and limited-time offers are subject to change or end at any time without notice. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively unless required by law or expressly stated by Planning Ahead.
